Bill Glennie began using computers in 1970. His first architectural applications were simulations of passive solar heating systems, marketed through Princeton Energy Group. While teaching computers in architecture at the University of Pennsylvania and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for fourteen years, he used over twenty different drafting and modeling programs, from Generic CAD on IBM PC's to Intergraph workstations. Since 1986 he has consulted to a variety of design firms and software developers. Most familiar with AutoCAD, MegaModel, 3D Studio, also knows several others.
