Architecture As A Spectator Sport In 3 hours, teams of designers, each using one of the architectural design software packages, will designed a specific building complex producing quick perspectives, high quality renderings, a walk-through animation, all the coordinated plans/sections/elevations, and a VRML virtual reality model ready for the World Wide Web. A whole gallery of spectators watched detailed commentaries of what is going on, and received all kinds of advice on hardware and software appropriate for design. Complete article on Architecture As A Spectator Sport, as published by the Boston Society of Architects.
