| The volunteer designers who so far have come
forward to take on this challenge include two people doing hand sketches
(both working in concert with a 3D CADD modeler), two people using FormZ,
three people using ArchiCAD, one using DatCAD, one using VectorWorks, and
one using AutoCAD. More than half the computers being used are Macintosh
systems. All but two are using laptop systems.
We will still be open to more designers who wish to join us, as late as 6pm Tuesday Nov 18th. Call us at 617-233-2511 to be added. The focus this year is entirely on the design for the good of those children, with CADD taking a back seat - primerily serving as a vehicle to implement this challenge charrette. |
