Summary of ideas
* Four 50-story towers -- Larry Silverstein (owner)
* Exact duplicate of the twin 110-story towers as they were -- Robert A.M. Stern (and many others)
* A 150-story tower or towers to reclaim title from the Petronas Towers -- (many, many people suggested this)
* Put a green meadow there and never a building -- Roger Ebert in the Chicago Sun Times
* A building to house an institution dedicated to eradicating
the conditions throughout the world that lead to terrorist acts, memorial
to the thousands of souls of those who died -- Lane Chambliss
* Rebuild, bigger and better - offices and a mix of activities, both
cultural and business - a place to mourn, but that shouldn't be the
main thing. It must be a place looking into the future, not the past --

* A dense street friendly neighborhood (housing) extending Greenwich possibly with a tower
