-tip on automating the creation of design center content through the use of scripting.
30 min. 2. Layer Standards by Bo Walter & Sean Burke - examples on different approaches on utilizing layers, customization (colors, naming, linetypes, etc.), minimal layers vs. maximal., NCS / AIA standards vs. in-office standards

Dear all-
Just wanted to give you a recap on last night Autocad User Group's meeting:
We had a fantastic presentation last night by Leonardo Casado. He
completely "wowed" us with his 3D presentation and portfolio! We even got
the inside scoop on how he puts together these masterpieces. He took us
through a step by step demonstration from basic 3D work to 3D modeling to
Special Effects!
The Special Effects was the highlight of the evening! We even got to see a
house magically transformed onto a waterfront setting with water
reflections! Fly bys and walk throughs really ties a presentation
together! The expression " he makes it look easy" takes the cake here!
We were also fortunate enough to have Michael Murray and Troy from
Microdesk and Geoff Langdon at our meeting last night. Talking to the pros
will get your cad juices flowing!
